Yes. Where no drawing exists, we measure the worn component on site and fabricate the replacement from those dimensions.

Mechanical and Fabrication Support for Mining Operations

Support for fixed and mobile mining plant, and fabrication of the structures and wear components that keep it running — from the pit to the processing plant.
Key Services
Maintenance and fabrication under one contract, so a worn component can be measured, made and fitted without passing through three suppliers.
Fixed Plant Maintenance
Crushers, screens, mills and material handling equipment: scheduled servicing and repair of the plant that does not move.
Mobile Equipment Support
Mechanical support for mobile mining equipment, including component replacement and on-site repair.
Structural Fabrication
Fabrication and installation of steel structures, platforms, chutes and supports, made to the dimensions taken on site.
Wear Parts and Liners
Manufacture and replacement of the wear components that take the abrasion, so the equipment behind them does not.
Conveyor Systems
Maintenance of conveyors, idlers, pulleys and belt tracking, with repair of the supporting structure where needed.
Shutdown Maintenance
Planned shutdown work with a defined scope and completion date, sized to restart the plant on schedule.
Benefits
One contractor for maintenance and fabrication, working to dimensions taken from the equipment itself.
Made to Fit
Components fabricated to measurements taken on site, not to a catalogue drawing that nearly matches.
Abrasive Duty Understood
Materials and thicknesses chosen for the wear the component will actually see.
Planned Shutdowns
Scope agreed in advance, resourced to finish inside the window rather than to overrun it.
Teams That Travel
Crews that mobilise to Tete, Nampula or wherever the operation is.
Industries Served
We support Mozambique’s energy, oil & gas, mining, metal-mechanical, manufacturing, transport & logistics and civil construction sectors.
Common Service Questions
-
Can you fabricate a replacement part from the worn one?
-
Do you work at the mine or in a workshop?
Both, and usually both on the same job: measurement and installation on site, fabrication in workshop.
-
Can you support a planned shutdown?
Yes. Shutdown work is scoped and resourced in advance against the window you give us, with a completion date we commit to.
-
Do you handle both mechanical and structural work?
Yes. Mechanical maintenance and metal-mechanical fabrication are both in-house, which removes the coordination gap between them.
