Mechanical Engineering for Industrial Plant and Rotating Equipment

Mechanical Engineering for Industrial Plant and Rotating Equipment

We keep industrial mechanical equipment working: pumps, compressors, gearboxes, conveyors and fluid transport systems. Our teams work on site across Mozambique, from scheduled preventive maintenance through to full overhauls during planned shutdowns.

Key Services

From inspection and diagnosis to repair, installation and commissioning — with the components and consumables supplied by the same team that fits them.

Benefits

Fewer unplanned stoppages, equipment that lasts longer, and one team answerable for diagnosis, parts and installation.

Less Downtime

Interventions planned around your production calendar instead of around a breakdown.

Qualified Technicians

Mechanical engineers and technicians assigned to the discipline the job actually calls for.

Parts and Labour Together

We supply the components and install them, so responsibility for the result is not split between suppliers.

On Site, Nationwide

Teams that travel to the plant, the mine or the port — wherever the equipment is.

Industries Served

We support Mozambique’s energy, oil & gas, mining, metal-mechanical, manufacturing, transport & logistics and civil construction sectors.

01. Energy & Utilities

Generation, transmission and distribution assets — from substations and switchgear to solar plants.

Common Service Questions

  • Do you work on site, or does the equipment have to come to you?

Both. Most maintenance and repair is done at your facility. When a workshop is genuinely needed — machining, a major overhaul — we remove the component and return it installed and tested.

  • Can you work during a planned shutdown?

Yes. Shutdown work is planned in advance with a defined scope, sequence and completion date, so the plant restarts on schedule.

  • Do you supply the spare parts as well?

Yes. We supply valves, filters, pumps, flanges, steel profiles and tooling. When a part is not in stock we source it and tell you the lead time before you commit to anything.

  • How do I request an intervention?

Send us the equipment, the symptom and — if you have it — the nameplate or reference. We come back with a proposed scope of work and a quotation.
